Uplink Failure Alarm
Uplink failure alarm can be configure in case of any Uplink failure. Alarm will be triggers and Alarm_Out_NO Relay will Close.
in this example we are configuring failure ditection in case on uplink port GigabitEthernet1/1 or GigabitEthernet1/2 Fails
Uplink Failure Alarm Configuration.

syslog not-operating
notifies not-operating
relay-major link-fault not-forwarding not-operating
